I just tried to order mine. The paradox website is though.
It messed up my order and didn't let me pay for it. They are not answering their phone either. Hope someone gets back to me so I can pay for the order.

I emailed you as well.. From what you described in your email, I don't think your order was messed up. Paypal is just what we use for CC transactions. Its free meaning low overhead and we don't need to charge more for products.

Unfortunately picking up wouldn't have worked either. We do not have a storefront, everything is done online. Your order will ship ASAP.

Just went to pick up the eyelids to the post office. They seem to fit good over the headlights and I am sure will look great once painted and installed. At $45 they aren't exactly cheap, taking into account it's just a piece of plastic, but I understand there is manufacturing and other expenses. I have no problem with paying $45 for the eyelids. I do think that you should at least give them a nice polish or buff before shipping them to make sure they look like $45 pieces of plastic. Since I will be painting them it's really not much of an issue, but I still feel I should let you know that I was a bit disappointed.

This is what I am talking about:

I hope this was just my bad luck and it doesn't represent the quality of the rest of your parts. Overall it was a smooth transaction and fast shipping.

I'll have them painted and installed next week. I'll post pics.

I haven't checked them all yet but trying to speak from the manufacturer's point of view, these are meant to be painted and installed. Some prep work is expected. If there were deep gashes, that would be an obvious defect. Some light scratches I don't think have an effect on the quality of the product. You can't expect something that is ready to go on the car when it is an item that is expected to be painted before installation. I could get them to clean them up before sending to us but that will add more to the overall cost of the item. Yes, $45 isn't cheap for eyelids but these are essentially custom made products.. I'm not having thousands of these made. They bump up the price to justify their molding costs.
I don't bring up the issue of the finish because: 1. I think its acceptable considering that it requires prep/paint. 2. The manufacturer could just as easily not produce these for us as they are making very little on these as well.

Well, I just placed an order for mine. I will have them painted and installed and post pics up probably later this week.

+1 for diamond graphite.

This should add to the sporty look of the car with my painted grille, STR Lip and Fogs.

I'm still kinda curious on how the eyelids look at night when the halos are on before I go head and place my order...

Hey lee, check your PM Box when you get a chance. Thanks.

Sorry to report guys that the eyelids have sold out, I've had to refund one order today. I'm getting more, just not sure of the time frame. I'll put them back on my site when they are back in stock.

Thanks!

Sorry, I never got a chance to shoot pics with the eyelids on those headlights with the halos lit. And I already shipped those headlights out.

If anything it only cut off the very little top piece on the high-beam halo.

They look good. I'm debating over whether I want to paint and install mine or not. I liked how they looked on my aftermarket lights, but not sure how much I like them on my OEM lights now.

They look good cprx. Nice mirrors too, I thought only Meta had them. I gotta get me a pair soon, hopefully before the summer.

Anyways, Meta if you decide not to keep em I'll take em off your hands for the $40 or whatever they were. Otherwise, I'll just wait for Paradox to get some more.

I might take you up on that. I'll need to wait for all this rain to pass so I can pull it out of the garage and attempt to visualize what they'll look like painted and installed. I'll let you know.

Look at the date of this thread - May 2007. The guy is not around her any more. Try to pm him, maybe he still has the same e-mail address.
