Then shine your headlights on wall 25 feet away (make sure you're on a level surface).
You want to aim your headlights such that the light drops 2.1-2.5" from the height you measured earlier.
So, if your headlight height is 25.5" from the ground, then the light on the wall (the cutoff) should be 23-23.4" high.
And I'm not sure if the halogen headlights have a flared kind of cutoff:

But if they do, you're going to want to measure the height of the lower end of the flare (on the left).

There is a white **** on the back of the headlights. Turn one direction lights aim up, turn the other lights aim down. Than just aim as Meta has described.
We do have the flare so you will want to use the lower left side of the beam pattern for your height adjustment.
