cigarette burn hole on felt by window....help

my friend burned a hole smoking a cig and its in the felt fabric between the windshield and passenger window. I know, no more smoking in the car.

I was hoping someone had some ideas on what I can do to repair or lessen the appearance of the hole?

Good luck covering that one up. Post a picture up so we can see how bad it is. Theres really not that much you can do besides replacing the fabric

use a razor blade in an inconspicuos area and lightly scrape the felt until you have a nice pile of "lint". lightly coat the burn with super glue after cleaning up any black burnt areas. dab some of the lint into the burn to hide it. it doesnt look perfect, but looks much better than before.
