How do I fix a vinyl tear on DS door?

I've got black interior and the vinyl has cracked on the driver's side arm rest handle. It's getting bigger/spreading because of the summer heat. What can I use to fix it that won't look like a patch job? Anybody else have this problem?

Sometimes interior leather/vinyl repair guys can do an incredible job, but short of that, I'd do what i30ds suggested and just get a new (or good condition used) one.

Thanks guys. Where do I order one from? Do I have to go through the dealer?

Local dealer would be my last option, personally. I'd first try eBay, the classifieds thread here in the forum, junkyards, online Infiniti Parts sellers (often dealers, but their Internet sales depts, which typically have lower prices), and then at last, try the dealer.
