has anyone ever put a 99 wood grain steering wheel on a auto 96 max gle ..as well the 99 chrome auto shifter into a 96 auto? they should fit right?

i would go to www.wheelskins.com for a custom skin instead of a new steering wheel. If you're good with electrical stuff and cutting wires you should have no problem with a universal shifter, there are a few made for the Max though. Do a search my friend

the wood wheel fits for sure and i'm 99.9% sure that the shifter would fit as well (i don't even know which one you are talking about but if its oem it should fit).
