Thinking about selling the 01 i30...

I'm in love with my 01 i30 and I only had it since Aug 08. Before the i30 I used to own an Acura Integra. The car I'm thinking giving up my i30 for is an 04 Lexus is300 auto. I'm turning 21 in a couple of days. Dose anyone know if the insurance will be higher since its more of a sportier car? Also is there any pro and cons i should know about? I haven't have my i30 for more then a year and it only has 82k miles...

The last time I drove an IS300 it felt like it didn't have any *****, but at the time I was comparing it to the torque of a VQ35, so yeah.

Otherwise the chassis is nice, it looks good, though I wasn't a huge fan of the interior at the time either.

Really you're getting a car that's slightly smaller and RWD and a slightly better aftermarket. If it were me I wouldn't bother, especially if it would require me spending more money out of pocket. But that's just me - my next car will be markedly different from this one.

I had an IS300 before the I35 actually, for the money I say you are better off with a 325i.
