O2 Sensor, Direct Fit-Color Coded or Not?

I got the Denso sensor today from Amazon, Denso Part No 234-4270. It says it is direct fit, however, it is black color instead of white. I thought they will be color coded as the OEM sensors. It should be replacing the OEM sensor 226A0-5Y701.
Did I order the wrong one?
Do you folks know if color code follows with sensors from Denso, NGK, Bosch?

If it's OEM it should fit, different manufacturers probably just use different colors.
Not sure if there's a difference between the upper and lower O2 sensors but you may want to check that as well.
