Persistent transmission issue 03 I35

2003 I35 during acceleration, at 2500 RPM loses power until back to 2000RPM. Makes quick acceleration difficult. Dealer has "fixed" twice but now says may be a transmission problem. With past bad advice, I don't want to drop hundreds on what-ifs. What about speed sensor or O2 sensor? No check engine light as of now. THX

Welcome to the forums, when you say you had the dealer fix the problem twice, what did they fix and how long did the fix last? It should say on the invoice of what they did. If it was fixed twice without the transmission changed, maybe it's a soleniod or something, how many miles you got now??
