Hard to start when warm
Just bought a 2000 I30 for my kids to drive to school and we are having an issue with it starting easily when warm. When cold, no problem. When warm you have to crank and pump the pedal. It isn't hot so I don't think it is a vapor lock issue but was wondering if anyone else had a similar problem and found a solution.
Thanks

Check the Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor (ECTS). If it is reporting an incorrect temperature, the fuel mixture will be incorrect.
Better OBD scanners can report the sensor output or you can measure the resistance of the sensor.
