Dead Sunroof - 02 I35
Hi,
Does anyone have a wiring diagram of the sunroof for a 2002 Infiniti I35? I'm unable to find a diagram, the fuse or a relay. My sunroof is completely dead, no juice is getting to the motor or anything. I'm sure it's something electrical like a fuse or relay but none are marked for sunroof.
Also, I have tried the reset process, unhooking the battery and replaced the switch with no success.
Many thanks for your help,
S

Here is a link to the sunroof wiring diagram. See page 207:

You will be unhappy to learn that there is no relay, no fuse specifically for the sunroof. Since you have replaced the switches, it could be the motor itself or maybe a wiring problem.
The link to the entire service manual is:

The file IDX.pdf is the alphabetical index.

Fixed
You're right, the motor was bad. I found a replacement from an 02 maxima at a local salvage lot. Plugged it in and voila, the gears start turning. Unfortunately, I have to charge the battery before I can marvel at the sunroof opening and closing.
Thanks for your help, quick replies. Hopefully this post comes in handy for someone else in the future.
