Complete audio set up

I believe my factor amp is gone out on my 2001 i30 and really want to do away with the whole Bose system. How do I go take basically stripping the car of the Bose system and adding a new amp and speakers?

There is a Bose replacement thread on the 4th Gen Maxima section. I believe it is similar, I would check there to see if it helps.
