Disconnecting electronic motor mounts 2001 I30

I have found the two brown connectors but for the life of me cannot separate them. What is the trick to get these disconnected? Anyone got pictures etc?

just cut the wires at different lengts and tape it all up with electrical tape, if there's no power going to/from them then it boils down to the same thing.
