1998 MAXIMA SE AUTO STERLING MIST/BLACK LOW MILES BOSTON AREA
Hey hey guys. It has come to the point where it is time to part with my 1998 Maxima SE. This car has been great to me, and I only part with it because I have begun a new project. I am the second owner. This car was meticulously cared for. This was a rebuild performed by my brother-in-law and I over the past 2 1/2 years. The engine has approximately 45K miles on it; the body has about 130K. The exterior color is Sterling Mist, and the interior is black leather. The leather is in great condition with no rips and tears, just normal wear and tear. It is a non-smoking vehicle. The car also has heated seats and sunroof, as well as a factory alarm system. The body has normal wear and tear for an 11 year old car, and looks great for the year. The car has never been in any accident, and body work has never been performed on the vehicle. The paint has started to oxidize in some areas, but is in no need of desperate repair, and it is not peeling or flaking. Here is a list of modifications that have been done to the vehicle.

Cattman Performance SS headers

NGK Iridium spark plugs
Samco silicone radiator hoses
Silicone vacuum lines

Custom silver vinyl armrest cover
NRG hub adapter
NRG carbon fiber quick release kit
Momo Corse steering wheel
Pioneer head unit (speakers in trunk, not installed)
Exterior:
Chrome grille with carbon fiber Nissan emblem
Black/crystal head and corner lights
Billet antenna
Suspension:
Tokico HP struts/shocks
Eibach springs
Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings
Powerslot slottled rotors
Hawk pads
SS braided brake lines
Locking wheel lugs
The following recent maintenance has been performed: new radiator, thermostat, and coolant flush; new axles, driver and passenger; new ball joint, passenger; all new brake calipers; new muffler; new fuel filter. Oil has been changed every 5k miles with full synthetic oil.
Known issues: the alignment is off because of the lowered ride height. I never got around to installing the camber bolts. I will include them with the vehicle. This has not caused any uneven tire wear, but the tires do need to be balanced. The rear bank O2 sensor needs to be replaced, as well as the knock sensor. These parts can be purchased on Ebay for around 100 bucks.
All in all, this a great car, and the current mods will provide a great platform for a project car. I will also include as many extra and stock parts as I can. I have also started to accumulate the parts needed for a 5 speed swap. If you want those as well, please let me know.
Now for the legal stuff. The car is being sold AS IS. No warranty is implied - verbal, written, or otherwise. The vehicle is still carrying a small loan, so once payment is received for the car, I will pay off the bank and issue the title to the winner.
looking to get $3900 OBO. I would consider this vehicle in "Good" condition (KBB value is about $5500). Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have.
