FS: 2001 AE Maxima. Majestic Blue, in Central Oregon.

It is finally time to move on, and also time to sell my baby

. This is a 2001 Nissan Maxima SE 20th Anniversary Edition. It has been very well taken care of and it is in great shape. I purchased the car almost 3 years ago with 77,000 miles on it. It now has about 116,XXX. The oil was changed professionally by a local dealership every 3,000 miles and I have documentation of this. The only problem I have ever had with this car is the MAF which was replaced around 95K, and the clutch slave cylinder which was replaced at about 107K. Both parts were only about $125, not bad for 3 years of maintenance

The car is in great shape, the Paint is very glossy, there is no oxidation of any kind. There are a few chips and scratches, but for the car being 8 years old, it looks really good! The interior is original, and the carpet is in PERFECT condition. The floor mats are pretty new as well and the only wear on them is a little bit on the drivers side. The door panels, dash, etc is all spotless. The Rear Leather Seats are excellent with NO tears or blemishes, the front seats are in fair condition with a few tears. I have never had any issues with the Bose Premium Sound setup. Here are the details:

Maintenance:
-Oil Changed and Car Inspected by Mechanic every 3,000 Miles, Documented.
-Brand New Bridgestone G-Force 245/40/18 Tires Installed, less than 5K on them, ($800+ New)
-Replaced Clutch Slave Cylinder @107K
-Replaced MAF @ 95K
-Hawk HPS Brake Pads up Front, New OEM brake pads in the rear.
-Exterior has a Sealant applied by the dealership to keep the paint looking nice. Sealent was applied at 77K when I bought the car. Still makes the water bead right up.

The car books at $6,810 Private Party in "Good" Condition. Retail book is $9,360. It has over $4,000 worth of mods in it, not including any install costs. I am asking $7500 and I believe that is a very fair price. Here are pics!
