Never ran it through brush type car washes and religiously serviced the car so it is in excellent mechanical condition. Everything works with no issues or known problems. Had the car at Conrads a week ago for an oil change and they said that they couldn't believe what a nice car it was. I hate to sell it but I have to make room for a new truck I ordered this week so I am willing to deal.

Why the engine swap?

new motor because the front cat clogged and sucked into the front cylinder head, loss of compression, blah blah blah. Got a sweet deal on a complete motor with all accessories that had only 40,000 miles on it out of a car that had an interior fire and was hit in the rear. So I put it in. Car is perfect but I need to sell because I ordered a new truck and can't have 4 vehicles in my drive.

And to nissandrv98; the leather interior conversion kit is about $400 for the entire car. SO no big deal if you have to have leather.
