For sale is a 2001 Nissan Maxima SE. It is is FULLY loaded and has been well maintained throughout its life. It has 176k miles on it, but is a strong car. It does have a few problems, but once addressed it will be ready to be driven for another 100k miles! These cars easily go past 300k if well maintained - oil changes and routine maintenance have always been done. The Maxima is a great sporty car with a sporty look to match. It's been washed religiously every week, without fail. There are a few dents in the passenger doors, and the driver's seat is a little ripped, but other than that minor & normal wear, the car is in superior cosmetic condition. New brakes have been recently installed (brand new pads and rotors for all 4 wheels). New struts and Eibach lowering springs were installed for increased handling. It comes with an Alpine Headunit & Amplifier to go along with the BOSE speakers. It has the famous and reliable VQ30DE engine which produces 222hp and 217 lb/ft of torque. The VQ30DE was on the Ward's 10 Best Engines list from 1995 through 2001. This is a VERY nice car that turns heads! It makes a PERFECT first car or commuter car!

Problems:
1) Exhaust is loose and rattles - (it has a very small hole that can be heard when the car is driving but it is not loud at all)
2) May need a new battery because sometimes the car hesitates to start when cranking - (battery should be the solution but I may be wrong)
3) The car is lowered and is rough on the bumps, but handling is greatly improved (If you want a smooth ride, new springs will need to be purchased to return the car to stock ride height)
4) The passenger side has dents along the doors (I purchased 2 used doors, but never got around to having them painted - can include if requested)
