Dyno Event Signup!

The dyno meet will be at Alamo Autosports
Sat Evening from 6pm-10pm (possibly later as required)
http://alamoautosports.com/

Price for the dyno is $35 per person for 2-3 runs.
You will pay at the event or you can pay beforehand by sending paypal to Alamo's owner.

They have a 4WD Dynojet machine and I've seen some BADA$$ cars in there, so these guys obviously know what they're doing.

Either way, please post here so I know who's planning to dyno and such so we can keep things organized.

Hey Matt, do you know if they let you dyno your own car? Also do they have a wideband for no extra charge? Either way, I'm most likely in for this.

talk to them about running your own car, but I don't see it being a huge problem.

they do have A/F there as well, but I'm not sure if the price includes it.. why don't you call them for me and ask about it?

I am in. Are we going to make a list of who is going 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. The only reason I ask is that I will be leaving Saturday Nite and I dont want to be stuck there until 12pm. Thanks again for setting all this up Matt!

that's part of why this thread is started... depending on the number of people wanting to dyno, we'll do what's necessary to make sure you get your runs in.

I would be interested in dynoing my car again this week...

I already make decent power, but I would like to see how it is on a different dyno on a cool night.

Kevlo dont forget to bring the laptop...

What would be the chances of a non member, non maxima owner jumping in on the dyno? My cousin lives in Dallas and expressed some interest. He is not for sure, since he needs a new TB before anything could happen. What do you guys think?

Why not? We can compare his car to the raw power of the Maximas

He has a mustang that is highly modded. Well, supposedly highly modded. I have seen the car, but it has always been out of commission for one reason or another. I am anxious to see if he is all talk.

no big deal, as long as we have time to get the MAximas through the dyno.. I'm sure we will since there hasn't been a huge interest in it yet.

well, not that he's last on the list *yet*..
If he gets there and there's nobody in line to dyno, then roll right up!

If I decide to dyno my car, how will it work for an auto? Will I need to keep the car from downshifting to 2nd?
