For those that are arriving Friday, what time you are expected to arrive? I need to get about a 2 - 4 hour time frame so I know when to be at the hotel to greet you guys and hand out info.

 

I think us coming from my area (that are caravaning) are hoping to leave around 9-10am. So hoping we don't have too many traffic issues, I'm figuring 4-5pm. Maybe you should set this up as a poll? That's cool of you BTW.

 

Tim and I ought to be there 3-4PM.

 

Xmax, what time should locals meet up with you on Friday to get info? Just curious because I'm off all day Friday and didn't know if everbody is meeting up in the morning, afternoon, or evening?

 

I think local should meet up at the hotel approximatly 3pm, this should give us a some time to get ourselves situated and set to greet incoming out of towners.

 

Because you can't get your nite shift a$$ up any earlier! I'm completely flexible on the departure time. Earlier is better IMO.

It's what 6 hrs maybe 7 with a stop or two or three. If we, get out about 8am that would put us there right before the afternoon rush hour. Might be something to think about.

Yeah that is true, Chicago rush hour is a bizatch. Getting here before 3 is recomended.

Depending upon what route people are taking you may be able to avoid the traffic for the most part.
avoid the 90/94 if at all possible once you get into the city IMO

same here, i have plans that involve a good deal of liquor on thursday night so i might have to talk my girl into driving through pa...

so ill try to make it before later afternoon.
