it's a day to tour the city or get a hand installing thing on the car. Like replacements for what you broke at the track.

 

If you are going to watch the racing at the Autobahn there is still a fee. But it won't be much. We pretty much have to charge for almost everything, other than the cruise to the city and packets that we will be making. There will be a charge for food for the BBQ and Carshow. It wasn't much last year it may go up a little bit, but very little.

It's where tourists will install parts on your car in exchange for buying them a sammich.

 

you do know that there are 100's of dynos between you and chicago.... maybe even 1000's

 

So, I take that as there wont be an actual dyno day at Maxus this year.

Well the unfortunante happend, the date that we were suppose to go on, was just filled in last week. And I just found out this past Saturday. The dealer lagged on writting a check to us for the deposit in order for us to reserve the date. The Autobahn told me that whoever comes up with the deposit first gets the date. Which come another question I need to tell you guys, if I move the Maxus weekend a week after in order to get the Autobahn would you guys mind? I need to gauge this so it will help me better plan the schedule for you guys. Let me know asap. I don't blame you guys if you are mad at me right now, since I got your hopes up. But I am hoping maybe moving it a week later we might have a better turnout. I hope you guys didn't request work off for the 19th thru the 22nd off yet. If you guys did already I am truely sorry about this. I am praying right now that after I get a hold of the Autobahn and the dealership, planning for this event will go smoothly. Oigh the headaches.

I, for one, understand how hard it is to get something like this together. I appreciate all that you have done. I am not able to make a track day during the week any way but will definitely make the Sunday...even if you have to move it. I hope everyone else understands and appreciates your efforts as well.

 

Thanks for the update, Xander. Wasn't your fault if the dealer was not timely in getting back to you about payment. I would be able to make Maxus and the track day the following week.
