My new 2000 Maxima GLE with her new 16s

Heres some pics of my new 2000 Maxima GLE with her new 16s I just had put on last night, freshly washed and handwaxed. I know 17s or 18s look better and blah blah blah, but when your on a budget and the tires on the ugly stock 16s were brand new, you do what ya can with what ya got. They cost me 612(110/wheel best I could find anywhere around me other then used) out the door which included swapping the tires, new valve stems, new lugs that you need the special tool to take off, and lifetime balance/rotation of the tires even though the tires wernt bought from them they gave me it anyways for 11.99! I know they arent the flashiest, but I really like them and so do all my friends except one because his PT has 18s front and 19s back and bigger is better lol. Im really enjoying them. Simple, yet clean. Let me know what you guys think.

Thanks
John

Yea, I wouldnt mind dropping it like 1-2" max, but I dont think that can be done, or atleast cheaply done. Ive never really been into lowering and the wife doesnt like it either, so even if I did it, it would have to be very minimal and without her knowing lol. But thanks, I really like it so far and cant wait to get some more things done in the coming months when I can.

Eh just leave it the way it is, once you lower it you will feel the bumps..Everyone always says you should lower it, feels more like a trendy thing to do..I did it a while back and the ride is rough now. Anyway nice wheels! Like the caps

The car is clean, but I'm not really feeling the rims. Might look nicer if they were bigger

Thanks guys. Yea, I dont think ill lower it as I really dont want a bumpy ride, had enough of that with my Durango that I traded in and got so tired of it.

Tatanko:
My first post said it all. If you didnt read it, read it now. Then youll understand. I know if I could have got them in 17s they would have looked much nicer, but I think thats about max id ever go as much bigger then that without them being on a truck/suv it becomes too much wheel for me.
