My black Maxima (3 camphone pix)
Hi all,
Not my first post but I figured I'd introduce my ride. I got this beauty last saturday for $5900 with 81K on the clock. Car is a 5 speed 99 GXE with a few slight mods. It came with a Magnaflow 2.5" catback exhaust, eibach springs all around, Enkei RS5 16" wheels and a front sway bar whose brand I can't tell since the sticker rubbed off and 35% all around tint. Car also came with an Eclipse deck with a 12 bay CD Changer, PPI 5 channel amp and a Solobaric Kicker L7 sub in a custom box. I took the deck out and put my Kenwood with the iPod convertor, thus sorta making the Changer useless... but maybe I'll get an Eclipse deck with an iPod convertor in the future and make the changer operational.
Overall the car is in great shape, except a few scratches around the car which is typical for the age and the fact it was an SF car... eventually would need a paintjob at some point or another.
My mod plan is as follows:
Immidate attention: New brakes for the front, allignment and tires.
For the future:
Tokico Illumina 5 way adjustable shocks all around.
Rear sway bar (probably tokico as well).
Short shifter (don't know what brand, but anything better than stock would do
Some sort of a cold air intake (will research when time comes).
New rear tint.
Well - on to the pix; excuse the size, but at anything below the current resolution, the pix look like crap...

Exhaust is centered, just looks off in that pic. Oh, and the car has 35% all around minus the front windshield... but its metallic tint.
