auto? Love the color! I almost got a VE like that (5-speed) but I think I'm going to get a 300zx-TT instead for my project car in the future. How many miles and what was the price, if you don't mind me asking?

 

Got the new wheels put on.

Its an auto with 150,000 miles on it.My brother drove it here from california and left it to get the tranny and exterior done.Clean and rust free.Hes had it forever.

with the front and rear lip being painted i thought you had been done. looking good. are you shaving the side moldings?

 

Thats white epoxy primer on the lips,I put them before paint since I didnt want to mess up the finish since the plastic is so flexible and to get the same amount of pearl on it.The side skirts are going to get painted off the car and Im going to leave the moldings on.

 

That is one clean third gen. Wanna see it when its done....

Did all the bodywork and will paint it myself.
Also I got rid of what was left of my pinstripes and all the rubber guards off the doors of my car.It does look a lot better like some people said.

Looks good...amazing to see a rust free turd gen. All of the turds in my area are covered in rust. It will be one nice polished turd when you are done with it...just kidding, it does look good.

And I was never fond of the 06+ 350z wheels, however they look great on your 5.5 gen.

Finished putting it together today.Better pictures will be posted when I clean the car off and it gets sunny outside.

 

Looks nice, since you have access and obviously the skill to do all the body work in a shop and paint it, you should have molded the skirts into the body/bumpers.. it woulda looked 100x cleaner.

 

Yea I think it would look better also but we're accident prone. Molding parts in means a lot more work to fix if anything were to happen.
