New here, some pics of my car

I recently purchased my 2002 Maxima, has 48k on the clock, and 6MT, the mod bug has already started.

I got it towards the beginning of May, as the car sits, I have removed the rear badges, got the windows tinted, and had 3M paint protection film applied to the headlights.

By the end of the summer, I plan to remove the pin strip, and hopefully acquire some new wheels as one of mine has curb rash from the previous owner

I am still on the fence about any performance mods, I really like the fact that the car is VERY quiet. I may do suspension and a few other small things, but, I want to keep it clean and keep it simple.

Drop.... Doesn't have to be dramatic but needs a drop none the less. There's a million and one things you can do for our car for next to nothing. search the great pic thread and you'll see. Congrats

Yeah man I'd do suspension first if I were you. In my opinion it is the single mod that changes the car the most - looks and performance. There are quite a few options, just research the suspension stuff on here and see what works best for you. You will get flamed for starting a new thread with a suspension question, so I would advise reading a lot before asking, and then ask somebody who seems knowledgeable in a PM. Good luck!

I have had mine on only a short time, but, from what I was told is, it will
  1. Fill in small pits
  2. Stop yellowing
  3. Prevent rock and bug damage
  4. Make headlights look a lot clearer

Here is a pic of it applied to one of the headlights

Here is a much higher resolution of the same pic.

In the future, if I ever get my car painted, or, all the rock chips and scratches painted/smoothed out, I'd like to get the 3M paint protection applied to the rockers all the way back.
