Hahahaha. Let me rephrase that - Maxima is not a VIP car platform - this car will going for more or less the "Lux" style look. I'm not finished with it yet, it still is being worked on but in time you guys will see.
To be honest I bought smaller wheels to avoid the expensive 19"+ tires that I used to buy.
Again, I appreciate the comments both (+) and (-)

I personally really liked your car with your previous wheels but I like how with just switching out your wheels people are now calling you gay. Not my taste in wheels, but it still looks awesome.

Personally I like the old set up Boost. However, I know how it is with wanting to change things up. Maybe after it's all said and done na I mean? By the way, with all the shoes you are going through why don't you send a set my way? lol

That's how we roll in Cali yo.
Funny most of the neg comments come from the non West Coast.
Just wondering... is it even safe to stretch a 215 on a 9" wide wheel? To me that's kinda pushing it a little too far.

VIP style usually looks bad on a maxima IMO. A maxima simply isn't classy-looking enough to pull it off. Especially with that monster wheel gap. And especially switching away from those beautiful SSRs with correctly-sized tires.

dang - everyone hates stretching tires so much (not taking it personally of course)
its kinda amusing
EDIT - I dumped the rear of the car today the fender is about 1cm away from the lip of the wheel (I tucked the tire in)

as retarded as the thread starter's car looks, this post just blows my mind...please tell me you are kidding? do you like live in a bubble or something? how can you not understand that if the lip of the rim sticks out further then the tire, it won't be protected by the tire? HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLY NOT UNDERSTAND THIS? had to join just to say that.
oh and no "VIP" would be caught dead on falken zeix...they are like the cheapest POS tires money can buy

MaxBoost, IMO I'm not much of a fan of the new look, just because the SSRs looked f'n amazing on your car. But more power to you if you are going the full VIP style.
P.S. What up slushy?

You know, I have no problems with the negative comments on my car, but the personal attacks have to stop now. My age and income have nothing to do with the topic of the car.
I appreciate it.
