Where is that howto to mount the battery sideways. i got another part for this intake that mounts in the grill and has a tube
that runs to the front of the filter.

Welcome to the world of more noise. I'm sure someone will be here shortly to tell you that the stock box is better than any intake we have. In regards to the extra piping you have left over for the intake, a smaller battery like an Optima might accomodate the piping fitting into the fender. However, don't forget to make the whole first.

Thumbs up

It sounds pretty good, has a very angry growl when i tromp on it wich i love, i noticed when i cruise at 60mph my rpms would be around 2400 or so, now at the same speed my rpms are at 2000 even, and it launches abit harder then stock.
Now its inhaling better, i gota work on exhaling better.

Yea I remember you now. We were talking to you while you were trying to apply the tint. You had your tools and was ready to operate lol. We should definitely do another meet like that again.

What are your thoughts on using a smaller battery like a Optima battery made for hondas vs changing the way the battery sits?

It came with with the package, its basicly a intake that mounts in the grill somewhere and a dryer hose that runs to a fitting on the front of the filter
I dont know if iam installing this part yet.

I also have a AEM dryflow filter for it to replace the gaudy chrome one.
