well, i took it upon myself to wash her yesterday and decided to detail today, new tranny next week and i can start saving for my new wheels!!!! new paint this summer, can't wait!!!

 

No wonder you need new paint cuz you wash it tooooooo much....lol...jus kiddin...Looks great man.Btw,what color are you planning on going with and what happened to the tranny?

 

same color, cause i really dont know anyone else out there with a midnight blue max like mine. and i've got 175,000 on her and the tranny's been slippin for about 2 months, almost slips right past second onto third. and its gets worse everyday, especially with the cold.

gotta love the 95-96 body style. i think (next to the 5.5) its the best looking max style out there. way better than the 97-99.

thanks everybody for the comments, i decided to keep her for at least another 2 years after i realized that after the trans i've fixed practically every damn thing on her!!!! i would've loved to have had this car new, i woulda never let the paint and interior get worn like it is now allthough it still looks awesome to me. ride on max, ride on........

bring your bmw, i mean your max down to my area and i'll put a shine on her that will last a loooong time!!! so, whens the next meet gonna be and where???? and chris, tell your parents to hook up the food again too, that was awesome!!! kinda busy with the trans so im probably not going to make the meet next week, but we need to set something up for april so i can see everyone's whip and maybe mark fixed his max since i saw it last. ha ha....

blue 95-96.. I am sooo jealous.. blue my fav colour.. hence my first 2 cars were blue.. hahaha

and love the 95-96 front end.. but gotta admit, 97-99 rear is sexy as well..
that's why i got best of both worlds.. 95-96 front.. 97-99 rear..

having been the owner of a 96, i really noticed the difference between the two.

but yea the tail of the 4.5 is a lot smoother, especially with the taillights and onepiece MAXIMA insignia.

Looks clean. What do you need new paint for? Looks like the paint is in really good condition other than a few hood chips. Your front bumper is in better condition than mine is, too.

Get your door handles painted body color and change the window trim to black while you're at it

dam that is one clean blue max,,,,,,i gotta say ur max is unique just becuz of its color.....i think u should get an oem spoiler.....and some fogs....how about the tint too....other than that looks good....keep it up

 

non se paint and no fogs ftl! Why do u want to paint it, the color seems to be super rare. I myself have the same exact color on my 95 se and love it!!
