The black wheels was a temporary thing. When I got them, they were painted HORRIBLY flat black and I didn't really have money to do a good job so I just recoated them with flat black until I could do something else.
I think I really like the bright silver and I'll be getting them powdercoated that color when this paint job starts to look bad.

:-(......now it looks like a normal 5.5 gen. sigh, i guess ill have to get used to it as well. you'll surprise a lot more people now thats for sure cuz it doesnt look like a racer anymore. good painting tho, from the pics it looks oem to me.

I'm going to be running open Y-pipe at the track so I won't be fooling ANYBODY lol...
Either way, the silver wheels get alot less cop attention, and look more classy on a car that was meant to look classy. The black accents still make it look sporty and these wheels look AMAZING while they're rolling so I'm still plenty happy with it.

One of them looks a little bad close up b/c I tried a different method for paint prep, but otherwise they all look good... Hardly matters to me b/c they'll be powdercoated in the next few months.
