Need some input on this one....

Ok so, I was contemplating getting the below two items as well as a CF hood (oem or other) and a custom cf overlay over the roof. Any thoughts on this?

My car is below in my sig or go here for a reference.

Any input is appreciated.

Carbon fber is sexy...

But can be overkill. Color matching is not an issue. Silver car with carbonfiber is Awesome. But if it is a daily driver i dont reccomend it.

not a daily have a 09 escape for that, but often....if weather permits....i dunno if it would be overkill though....

its a good look, i prefer without a spoiler, but thats just me. i was thinking of adding the cf roof overlay, but i havet decided.

just be careful with the trunk, getting it to fit perfectly takes soem work. the hood as long as its vis is pretty much perfect

do it. i was gonna get it on mine. if you do the cf trunk, dont bother with the spoiler..and just get a window spoiler..

keep the carbon fiber in OEM design, none of that vent design crap...(hood)

I have heard good things about the quality and fitment of the Ionic dynamics CF trunk. As far as the CF hood I would go with an OEM style one to match the subtle look of your ride..I think the VIS Invader style (maybe you have seen this hood) would just be overkill on an otherwise stock car. From my experience you have to watch out with those roof overlays...in the summer the roof takes quite the beating from the sun. My friend had a cf overlay on his altima roof (professionally applied) and it was toast after only one summer, it had started to peel at the edges and also discolor.

definetly carbon fiber is tight im just afraid of getting it and it not lasting. I had an 00 maxima with all carbon fiber interior trim and that was sharp.

iv ehad my cf trunk for about 3years now. i try and care good care of it and it still looks as good as it did the day i had it put on.

and it doesnt fit perfect, just look how that silver car looks in post 18, the right side, it takes some work to get the top of the trunk to line up with the rear quarter panels properly.

and if u go apoilerless, id reccomend some type of custom third tail. i used one off an accord or something like that and mounted it in the roof liner, i suppose you could always find a factory third light but whats the fun in that.

Whatever floats your boat. I personally don't care for it. Better things can be done with the money.

go with the trunk, and hood. i like the idea of roof spoiler, and dark tails, and sidemarkers. either way you cant go wrong, it will look great on your car

yeah i have a sunroof deflector...not the rear spoiler though....I have tinted tails...so IF i do the trunk the tinted tails would work....if i dont go with the trunk then ill keep the stock tails..

actually that trunks not popped open, it actually fit like that if its not adjusted properly, at least mine did.

im not bashing the trunk at all or ionic dynamics which makes them, theyre awesome imo, dont wanna seem like i am, ive talked to a couple of other people with the cf trunk and they all sat that high at first, but as far as i know everyone got them to fit pretty decently.

and if ur not doing the spoiler id say lose the sunroof deflector, i think it makes for a smoother flowing oveall look.
