My black 5.5 gen

Freshly washed with my new 01 SE taillights. My lowering springs are supposed to be here tomorrow, so don't give me too much crap about being 4X4... Not too bad for a 250,000 mile car...

My dad used it to drive 140 miles to work round trip every day for 4 years, then I bought it from him, drove it for 2, sold it back to him in which he drove it 130 miles round trip for a year, then bought it back...LOL

Well I just looked at my mileage and I overshot by just a little...I'm at 239,000...I know I know...I don't know why I was thinking 250,000... But anyway I keep my paint in really good shape, I clay bar/wax/buff on the regular. But you guys should see the front of my car a little better, it's got like a million paint chips on it. I'll post a pic later and let you guys see.

Clean for the mileage. Any major problems? Have you replaced the clutch?

Holy crap! Over 238,000 miles and the paint still looks great! If you dont mind me asking, what does your dad do for a living to drive so much? A traveling salesman or something? Oh by the way, very clean car!

Well I hate to burst everyone's bubble. But it's not the original engine...me and my dad replaced the engine a couple years back. This engine has I would say about 120,000-130,000 on it. But everything else on the car has 238,000 on it including the transmission that crapped out on me a couple days ago that I am pulling out right now.

Oh and blaxima06 my dad is in IT and he just works 75 miles away so he has a pretty long commute...he bought the car brand spanking new in February of 2002.
