So, I wasn't able to make my tune date because I noticed my wastegate wasnt opening... Purchased a smaller wastegate spring and wallah! It opened. Its running off the wastegate for now, which is only spiking 3 lbs and holding 2; it had a 15lbs spring i just need to install my AEM Boost Controller now. Here's a few small clips I took... Sorry for the low resolution videos.

Wastegate closed...

Open wastegate.

Yeah, its very quiet, compared to the time I helped you do the alternator, but when the wastegate opens it gets loud. When I bump up the boost, the wastegate should remain close for longer, so it should only get loud when I'm racing, at which point I dont mind...

Wow. I had forgotten about this thread. The car hasn't gone through many mods. Just working out little kins like exhaust leaks and what not. Still need to install the injectors and tune it. Few random pics.

i no longer have the AE modded headlights. I had a small accident where the headlight broke, so Im back to clear ones, but atlest they're brand new... I'll do the mod again soon.

It was one of the lighter silver wheel paint I found at autozone.

Decided to take the ride out to the track for some fun. The car is currently running off the wastegate at 2psi, untuned. Couldnt get a good launch to save my life. The best pass was 14.1 at 102mph, with a 60 ft of 2.40.

So the car has officially been tuned at 6 PSI(maf wouldn't read anything past that). Numbers are what I expected. I'll upload the dyno sheet later.

I have not updated this thread in forever. I was able to take the car to TX2K13. The car ran great. Unfortunately, a few weeks later the motor went kaboom while giving a C5 the business. Well it didn't really go kaboom, I had a small stress fracture to piston number 1. I had the block honed, purchased a set of standard size pistons, micro-polished, installed new race bearings, had the head resurfaced and installed new valves and valve seals.

Here is a few pics of the progress.

Almost done.

Also replaced/installed:
- Timing chain
- Timing chain guides
- Water pump
- Installed AEM digital boost controller
- Installed AEM UEGO wideband

Forgot to mention I also replaced the thermostat with a 350Z thermostat, to help maintain the car cooler.

Before I cracked the piston it made 303/290 @5800 on a mustang dyno, and I believe it was a ****ty tune. The car is close to be back out. I plan to bump it up to 8 lbs or so and have it retuned by a different shop. It should be pushing around 350-375 whp on E85 330-350 on pump gas or so I hope

Hello org,

I know I haven't posted here in a while. The car is up and running and it's actually up for sale. Below is the Craigslist ad. $6k OBO. Located in San Antonio TX.
