Guess Who's Back...
Some of you may remember me from when I was more active on the boards a few years ago. I've been around for... a while. I started off as a car enthusiast without a car on these forums, and was inspired to buy my first car which was a '95 SE automatic. That car was totalled when I hit a patch of sand on the road and went into a barn sideways at 35 MPH. I missed it so deeply that it was replaced less than 2 weeks later with a '98 SE 5-speed. I was so happy to finally have a manual. Fast forward 2.5 years and I wanted something newer and simpler. My dream Maxima had always been a 2003 SE Titanium Edition 6-speed in Polished Titanium paint. Well guess what I bought today? Yup.
For now, you'll have to settle for a teaser picture of the keys from all my past and present Maxima's...

Didn't have time to wash it today, but as promised I took pics. Just keep in mind that the car is covered in like 1/8" of pollen from top to bottom. I also REALLY need to get a new camera.

In the last picture you can just faintly see how much pollen there is on the car. In person, at certain angles, the hood appears to be greenish-yellow.

104,000 as of the trip home. You'd never know it, though. The car is immaculate, in every sense of the word.
Also, does anyone know of a way to get new headlight lenses without buying new OEM headlights? Mine were slightly yellow/cloudy when I got the car and I was able to get rid of all the yellowing but the lenses are still just a little bit cloudy no matter how well I polish them. I have only been polishing them by hand, though.

Congrats on the nice purchase
I used Plastx after using some rubbing compound on them (cleaned them off thoroughly between the two applications).
I'm only asking these kinds of questions because I tried wet sanding on my old '95 years ago and was still never able to get them totally clear. The headlights also needed polished about every single time I washed the car because they faded VERY quickly.
Nice Car man, excellent options/paint combo
Welcome back, the modding now begins.
For the headlights get a 3M headlight restoration kit, should be available at your local auto parts store.
