2004 Nissan sentra ser spec-v - vq30det NO 56K!

You may all know this car, scottys. Anyways, I bought it after he trashed and crashed it.
Core support (200 for front clip)
Fenders ($45.00 each new)
Bumper (? pull apart or a part out)
hood (had a spare, in black too!)
MAF (n62 I'm pretty sure) (got for $80.00)
Some intercooler piping (Probably some custom, one piece of it is still good ~$200)
It also needs a new transmission (3rd gear grind)
I found out AFTER he sold the car to me that it needs a ring... So thats todo too.
Ill also need an ECU, as he took it or something... (he said the shippers stole it, whatever) Ive narrowed it down that I need a 96 ecu, I assume manual. Ill be getting a JWT reflash that Travis had custom tweaked for the car.
Pics 2/23:

Bump.

Begining of may:
First off: Took off turbo, wastegate, some piping, radiator, hoses,, unclipped alot of the harness that lines the front of the car, pulled all wires away from driver side fender curtain, pretty much prepped for the work. Finally, cut the harness in two (sad day, working on resoldering it now)
Heres the car prepped.

Donor clip:

Donor clip with what we needed taken off:

Car prepped:

Welded on:

filled in:

Finished product with a passenger fender and an old driver fender and hood I had installed for line up purposes:

Also, found this, this is the portion that comes off of the headers, as you can see, inside the flex pipe sits a bunch of flex pipe jumbled up, likely restricting exhaust flow to the turbo. I may have to replace this...

So sad to see some trash a ride like this after all that work. Looks like your putting right back on the right track. Kudos to you my friend, I love builds like these.

yep with an rpm switch (if you can see, it shattered the housing, but somehow the circuit board was intact surprisingly)
I may do an 00vi wayy down the road. Right now my goal is: Ecu, Ic piping, get it running pretty much for now.
Bought a hks ssqv vIII today limited black edition (110shipped!)
As of now my plan of attack is:
Stock ecu (before reflash)
ic piping
Then do compression test.
When I figure out how bad the ring is/which one it is, and ill go from there.
If I end up pulling the engine ill probably go with rings/bearings and a trans while its out.
