I wanted to coilovers if I had kept it.. The exterior was really clean, she had A LOT of problems underneath.. Got rear ended 4 times (that sexy ***), rust had filled the spare tire area from a water leak in the trunk. Needed new CV axles, AC went out, and it was intermittent after replacing the compressor. There was a crack where the belt tensioner mounted to, so the engine would make a rattling sound... and the auto was starting to slip..

It would have been a lot of money (mods, VQ35 6spd swap, ect)
I got about 6.5k trade-in.

Funny thing is that, it was NEVER garage kept, always outside in Texas heat and the only flaw in paint was the very center of the roof.. In comparison, the 4th gen that sat right beside it (<60k mi as of today) paint clear coat is nearly gone. lol

lol true. But I'm kinda scared to drive it daily. I just fixed my 4th gen's A/C.. Needs some new suspension 4x4 Cadillac ride right now

Nope, they were 18s, lowered on Eibachs and Illumnia's... Traded in the max on some 17s and put the 18s on the 4th gen

Cool.

Overrated how? And which Z are you talking about? The DE or the HR? I atleast hope you know the difference between them.

It's cool you're a maxima fan, so am I. But calling the Z overrated because you're a maxima fan is probably the most retarded thing I ever heard. And you don't even know the difference between a DE and HR so you call the car overrated. I wish I could live in ignorance too
