suspension question

What is a good, comfortable ride shock and spring combo that is not bouncy and bumpy as i drive a lot on the freeway to work. 60 miles one way. I want that float on air feel or stock gle feel. Is tein/illuminas the way to go or tein coilovers but those are a lot of cash. I know you gotta pay for comfort.
