2002 LadyDarkGray

Hello,

I New to the forum group, looking for answers. I a female looking to keep my car up and running. I have been having some issue with it not starting at times, and what to do about this clicking noise I hear. 3 years and now the problems starts. I live in Dallas,Texas and not even the shop can help me with the starting issue they said its the alarm the dealership said its a wording problem and to much to just narrow the problem down.

I really need help.
