Removing shift **** in auto 2002 maxima

how do you remove the shift ****. i want to put on an aftermarket to match a wood trim kit that i ordered. also, does anyone know where i could get a walnut burlwood shift **** to fit the car. i apprciate everyones time in replying.

Just turn it counterclockwise.
