When I got my 2K2 Maxima last year the one thing that I wished it had was a compas. That was the ONLY thing it didn't have which I felt it was lacking. Well, I guess I wasn't the only one that felt that way. Now the 2k3 has one in it's rear view mirror. Is anyone else upset that they don't have this compas in their rear view mirror? By the way, just for the sake of argument, if I happened to want to upgrade to this 2K3 mirror, how much does everyone think it would cost?

They have aftermarket ones that look almost exactly stock you can buy cheaper as well. Check E-bay.

 

2k2 altima's have them on the rear view mirror also...so you don't have to ask for the 2k3's only.

yeah, i have a 2k2 and i went out and bought a stick on compass for 3 bucks at target, it doesnt work for ****. but ill live without my compass and save $$$ by not buying a new rearview mirror.

Why does the Altima have compass and tilt, but Maxima don't?! I thought this was their flagship! and now Nissan rapes us for killer charges if we want a stock look compass put in too.

 

Get the Navi...it has one EXPENSIVE compass!

And tilt what? My 2k2 has a tilt sternin wheel. Doesn't yours? Or do you mean teloscoping wheel? Does everyone really want that anyways?
