Another taillight painting idea

Ive seen how people here who painted their tails like a skyline (sexima) but they painted the whole tail light body color. Now what if you only paint the top half and leave the bottom half clear? like how an R33 tails look

that would be a good idea, but on the 95-99 Altezzas the blinker is incorporated into the big red lense. It would be nice if they were like the hondas(below the red dot) but they are not

...and even if you did still paint just the upper half there would be like a 1" gap at most at the bottom wich would look kinda silly anyways.

I think he's talking about the stock 97-99 rear lights, not the Altezzas

you are correct. When I made the thread, I didnt realize that sexima painted altezzas, I just used him as an example of what I was thrying to get at but I had in my mind about painting stock 97-99 lenses like the pic above. sorry
