Cleaning Wheel Well

How do you guys clean your wheel well.. it seems like my wheel well (the part above the tire) seems to be very dirty.. when i wash my car... i do spray water there.. but the well still seams dirty.. it's like brown/black.. and not clean black like it should be like new cars.. should i jus get down and scrub it as hard as i can with soap and a scrubber.. or is there something that can clean under there.. cuz the car is dirty... it was in a flood like 2 years ago.. so maybe that's why it is dirty.. i jus really never cared about it.. but i'm getting my 18' tantrums this monday.. and would like the car to look nice everywhere..

also hoping to shave "GLE" and nissan maxima emblem, take off decal sticker, install red/clear taillights, paint calipers black, clean engine bay, clean wheel well, wash car, and sit down and enjoy my new looking max on monday september 16th...

Yeah, basically scrub, rinse, let it dry, and spray on some Armor-All or Sun of a Gun. That's all I do and it looks nice... for up to a week or at least until it rains.

I have a brush with a long handle that can get all the way to the back. I usually don't worry about coating the inside, but I have also heard that Pledge works well.......no, I don't know if Lemon scent works better or not. www.griotsgarage.com also carries a spray for just his purpose, if you wanted to go that far.

Scrub it clean with soap and water, let dry and spray it with some of that wet tire stuff.
