doing agx install tomoro...how tight these bolts need to be?

newbie here ...well i'm doing an H&R and AGX install tomoro. i need help on how tight the bolts and nuts need to be. ie the lower bolts on the shocks/struts
and how do i read the specs?
if it's in ft-lbs which is the torque right?
well wats psi? is it lbs?
my little impact wrench has a max of 260ft lbs. and 90 psi...will this do?
thanks!

you can search or buy a haynes.

ft-lbs is for torque measurement (in lb per ft). psi is for pressure measurement ( lbs per square inch). when doing the bolt, all you need is the torque spec.

looking at my haynes manual right now and see that the rear upper mounting nuts are to be tightened to 144 to 192 in-lbs and that the rear piston rod nut is to be tightened to 156 to 204 in-lbs...which is PSI right? so that means my weak little impact wrench wont do

no, i think its talking about torque

although i've never seen inch-pounds before.

basically divide each number by 12, and you'll get foot-pounds

r u sure? cus for the rear upper nuts it says 144-192 in-lbs(that's wat the haynes manual says)...if i divide 192 by 12 it's only 16 ft-lbs...is that a little low?

thanks for replies
