Can I get some reviews on UPRD ecu

I would like some details on this upgrade. hp, torque, and if it was worth the money.
My car is a 96 SE 5spd. My mods are, Stillen intake, Y-pipe, RT cat, and a dynomax muffler(the muffler sounds like ****).
