neon underbody kit= overdrive/tranny problem
neon underbody kit= overdrive/tranny problem
when i have my street glow gold series neon underbody kit on while the car is running/for some reason my over drive keeps on flashing on and off constantly and the tranny feels sluggish when i have my neons on. when i turn them off, re-start the car, the o/d flashes 10x and the car runs fine again.
i have no idea why.
1 month ago i thought it was the torque converter and had nissan look at it but now i finally linked it to the problem.
any idea why it's doing this?

if when you start your car the OD light flashes that means its sending out an engine code... there might be a problem with your tranny.. I'm not sure what code or what problem it is, but I remember reading on the org about someone having the exact same problem.. do a search : Overdrive blinking..

Thai, please dont tell me you tapped off any harness's for power to your underbody neons. They draw alot of power and need to be ran directly off the battery, with a fuse of course
and also grounded either to the batter or an existing ground point *hint*
Ant
