Alright its been doin this for a while, it has a whistle at low Rpms under slight throttle. like 1700-1900. It doesnt bother me but I just want to know if this is normal with the filter i have on (K and N)...I think I remember reading a while back that the filters make this whistle and its normal

I've got a Frankencar, but it does the same thing. My brother has a PR CAI on his 93 and it does the same thing. I've also noticed that it does it more often when accessories are going, like A/C or seat heater or something. I'm assuming it's just the engine pulling in air.

 

It's normal..Mine sounds like an S/C kinda from outside

 

Yeah, it's normal! Actualy sometimes like ImStockBaby said, sounds kinda S/C cool!
