ValveBody Recal - DIY?

Is the Valvebody Recalibration something I can do myself? I have experience in mechanics, but does it take special tools? Or is there a guide I can follow and do it myself? Where can I find info specific to a Gen4/'97 regarding the Valvebody?

I've searched the forums for this mod on a Gen4, but I'm not all that proficient at it and didn't find sufficient info on this so don't flame me please.
