Heater Motor died please help

First of all I have used the SEARCH function with the following keywords
1. Heater Motor
2. Blower motor
3. AC Motor
4. A/C motor
5. Heater blower motor

And I did not get my answer. Now the problem is as follows the heater motor worked fine (though only at position 4) and was somehow rigged by the previous owner by another external switch. Now the motor has completely died on me and when I push the button for the position 4 of the fan I can hear the click sound from under the glove box but no air. Has anybody experienced this problem before and ow was it fixed and I would greatly appreciate the step by step instructions if someone has those.

Thanks
Sohaib

Oh and another thing is that I am freezing my a*& off because I am in Alaska and my heat does not work. When I was in Texas I always had problems with the AC :-(

the dash switch unit has been known to have problems, but I haven't heard much about the fan itself.

I DO happen to have a fan I yanked out of my parts car a while back though. email me (blehm@utulsa.edu) and we'll talk business if you want it.

Mine doesn't work either.

This is quite intriguing for me as well because my heat doesn't work either. First off the large switch all the way to the left on the climate control seems to be broken inside and doesn't change the vents from open to shut. Second, my ac doesn't work also, but that's probably because I need to get the freon charged I think. Third, when I crank on my fan all the way to 4 and have the heat on all the way, nothing really happens. I would also be greatful to get some help in this area because winter is coming fast!
