getting a new 93 maxima white

quick question for all you enthusiasts. i had a 1991 maxima that got stolen of the past weekend, and now i'm looking at getting a new 1993 nissan maxima. my question is what is the difference in the 93 maxima SE, GEX, and all of the other different abbreviations after maxima? any help would be great thank you!

You had a 91, which has the VG30E engine in it. If you get a 92, 93, or 94 SE it will come with the VE30DE engine. The VE has 30 more horsepower as well as a few other goodies under the hood.

All GXE's have the VG engine.

Do I really have to be the one to say it?

Please use the search funtion, located in the upper right corner of the page. It will provide you with a wealth of information (usually).

If you prefer a 5 speed, you will need to get an SE. Leather is available in both trim levels, and so is the sunroof. The SE has a spoiler, GXE is spoilerless. There are several other slight differences. Essentially the interior is the same, save the white 'racing' gauges in the SE..

gxe is not spoilerless, that had to be an option because my gxe has one. i have a question for you though spipe, why did you only paint the front bottom trim? looks kinda weird.

Aftermarket spoilers have always been an option.
As for my car, it is stock. I have painted nothing.
If you're talking about the grey blotch, thats where my license plate was visible.
