I've been going to the same dealer here in winchester, VA for little stuff ever since i got my max. They've been nothing but awesome. So yesterday i take it in at 8am for an oil change, and i ask them to check out my rotors because i thought they were warped. My appointment wasn't til 2, so i just took the shuttle to work and forgot about.

About 4 they call me and say they're putting my wheels back on, and after they were done washing it, i could come pick it up. THEY WASHED IT ? No hassle about turning the rotors, nothing. I'm so happy with these guys.

Of course they love you if you go to them for all the standard maintenance. They charge you up the whazoo for it! They love you!

 

Well i only go for oil changes. Can't beat 20 bones for an oil change, and it makes them more likely to gimme a break when something like this comes along. . .
