I think they are beautiful, and considering the weight and the price of most likely around 595$ + 40$ for shipping for 15.8 lb 17 X 7.5" wheels... and just 60$ more for the "black pearl" finish you see in the link I posted. You can't beat this deal with a bat! 18" applications may potentially be available as well..


Here is the deal though,
We need at least 10 committed buyers, who are up for pre-paying a 50% non-refundable deposit. Henrik/Maxed up needs this to make sure there are already buyers for the wheels since they are coming straight from Japan.

These wheels are very rare, I have been looking online and hardly found any places that carry them and the price is considerably higher everywhere else!

So where do I send the money and its nonrefundable.. Umm so like if you don't get the wheels you keep my check. I don't know about that, but can someone post the picks of their max with these wheels.

 

Last time I got many positive comments from everybody who bought it.

"Don't" send any money yet, "but" have it available for Mid-January in case I request it for sending to the distributor. The 50% Deposit guarantees them that the wheels will not arrive here without having committed buyers collecting dust.

Can someone list prices, weight, offset, ect...... All the info about the rims. If 18 are not that much more and not that much heavie rI might get those.

judging from the previous group deal, maxed up said the price would be very similar.. so
price is expected to be around 595$ + 40$ for shipping.. for 17's.. 15$ more per wheel for the pearl black finish... 18s? not sure.. but usually 18" wheels are around 30$ more per wheel.. (very rough estimate, i really have no idea as far as these wheels go).

Kosei is not a knockoff brand like Konig etc.. it's a quality wheel..


Non-refundable deposit is to make sure people are realy comitted to buying these wheels... My guess is upon the deposit, a set will be reserved for you. Once maxed up aquires the wheels, you pay the 2nd half and they are shipped to you.
If you put down a deposit and ask for a refund when maxed up needs that deposit to pay his distributor.. so he doesn't end up taking 10 grand out of his own pocket to buy a bunch of wheels and then end up with them sitting around collecting dust looking for buyers.


I'm ready for silver 17s right now.
if need be, i will send all $ up front..
i may be interested in 18s in a few weeks..

I kind of gave up on this for a second seeing we only got so few interests, i still couldn't locate these wheels anywhere else.. i found a couple of places online that carry them but i can't get in contact with them for a price quote.
Another problem is that I also made an offer and almost an arrangement for a set of used wheels last week from a fellow member, I don't want to back out on him, but i don't want to back out on you guys.. however, can this happen without a 10 people minimum?

i don't know what to do now..
