theres some kind of hazy spray on the chrome part of my grille.. I tried used compound it didn't work.. the material is plastic not metal so im afriad to press hard on it i dont want to fade away the silver coating... anyone know of any type of wax, or rub to polish this and get rid of the haze?

it seems like it might be a tough surface to clay. you could try some meguiars paint cleaner or body scrub. meguiars clay is good cause it's white and you will know better when to throw it away. I'm using mother's right now. works well, but isn't white. it's yellow.
