everytime I go in reverse or drive I stall
everytime I go in reverse or drive I stall
This morning it was cold and i have not driven my car for 2 days. It started a little hard but it started. When I would go into reverse it stalled immediatley and when i would go into drive it would stall. Once i let the car warm up for a couple minutes it was fine. Then my check engine light went on. Is it a fuel problem?? maybe?? Any help
if that doesn't work.. check for codes.. your tranny might be going..

Actually.. TB Cleaning is required when you take the car out of gear and its in Neutral and then it idles low and then comes back up.. this might be a transmission problem.. my friends car was doing this when the car was cold.. but once it warmed up it was fine.. ended up having to replace the tranny

As far as I know, the clutches(high and low band) were cooked, torque convertor was basically gone... and a valve within the valvebody was seized...
